Missionaries to Bulgaria

The Jonathan Owens family has been on the field since April of 2003. After completing one year of language school they started the Bible Baptist Church of Sofia, Bulgaria April 4, 2004. They averaged 100 in their Fall Program and are praying for 200 on their big day this Spring. They have an afternoon Junior church program that is well attended. They have a ministry to the young people over 18 that have left the local orphanages. Recently Brother Owens visited several orphanages where these young men grew up. He would like to be able to take food and clothing to them periodically as an opportunity to present the Gospel there. Please pray for this endeavor. The Owens were able to renew their residence permits again for another year. Next year they will qualify to apply for permanent residency.
